Few lawyers can match the courtroom experience and counsel of Eric Findlay. As co-founder of one of the area’s top litigation firms, Eric knows all too well the intricacies of litigation-related discovery.
Eric’s legal career is focused on representing businesses and individuals in personal injury, commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes. He is often called upon to speak and share his experiences and knowledge of patent litigation in the Eastern District of Texas.
And he brings that real world, courtroom experience to our clients as an executive advisor and a founding member of our Board of Directors. Repeatedly recognized in the Texas Super Lawyers listing in Texas Monthly magazine, Eric works with both plaintiffs and defendants throughout the discovery phase and trial preparation.
